I love the three products I used to create this look.  I haven’t tried the other two products, but I received the Demeter Perfume Roll on before and I don’t have anything negative to say about the product.  One day, I will use the Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion and I will see if I would like it.  But overall, I am happy of what I received on this month’s bag.
Thank you,
Connie

Studio Gear Hydrating CC Cream

Here is a before and after picture of me.

Before I start with anything else, let me tell you the key benefits of this CC Cream.

Key Benefits: Prevents fine lines and wrinkles with collagen-building ingredients Restores skin elasticity by promoting moisture retention Brightens and illuminates skin with a non-oily, complete coverage application

Before I applied the CC Cream, I made sure that my face is moisturized.  I also put a face primer to get an even application of the CC Cream.  My skin is somewhat dry, but also oily on certain spots.

Each time I apply a BB or CC Cream, I let it sit for couple minutes to set.  I do feel that this CC Cream is lighweight and I feel that it also brightened my skin.  This CC Cream has a scent to it, but nothing bad.  When you first apply the CC Cream, it's white, but it adapts to your own skin tone creating the most natural looking coverage.

I would say that I love this CC Cream!!

You should try it now!! If any of you are interested, there is a 10% discount (type in code: bloggercc) off of shopping cart. Only at http://studiogearcosmetics.com/shop/best-sellers/hydrating-cc-cream/

Lorac Unzipped Palette Swatches and Review

Unzipped Lorac 1
This palette contains 10 eyeshadows, shimmer and matte eyeshadows.  It also came with a primer, which I didn’t include in this picture.  This palette retails to $40.
Unzipped Lorac 3
This is what the inside of the palette looks like.  All shades are neutral and good for everyday use.  I really love this palette and the shades.  You can also use this palette from day to night look.  Now let’s get to the swatches.
Unzipped Lorac Swatch 1
First swatches are the first 5 shades of the palette (bottom).  The first three shades on the swatch are the shimmer and the last two of the swatch are matte.  In my opinion, the second and the third are the ones I think are more pigmented out of five shades of this swatch, but they are buildable.  Now let’s go to the second part of the swatches.
Unzipped Lorac Swatch 2
Here is the second part of the palette swatches (top).  The same thing the second and third shimmer shades are more pigmented out of the five eyeshadows.  I had to build it as I go, which is okay with me.  It’s easier to work with less than more.
I really love this palette a lot.  I have been using this palette since I won this on a giveaway.  I would say in my experience using this palette, some of the shades in this palette reminds me of naked palette by urban decay.
If you own one of this palette, let me know in the comment down below what you think of this palette? If you don’t, would you consider purchasing it?

February Glam Bag (The Look of Love)

February Ipsy Bag
Here is what I received for February Ipsy Bag.  I will go through it one by one and I will tell you what I think of each product I received in this bag.
First is a false lashes by J.Cat Beauty.
JCat Beauty Eyelashes
Per Ipsy: J. Cat false lashes are latex free, perfect for sensitive eyes, can be used up to 10 times, and creates the perfect natural look.
My opinion: I do love how flexible they are and easy to put on, but this particular did not give me the perfect natural look I am looking for.  This particular lashes has gaps in them and I am looking for a fuller lashes.  Maybe if I got a different false lashes then maybe I would love it, just not this particular one.
Second is lipgloss by Pop Beauty.
Pop Beauty
I received mine in shade Fuchsia Freesia.  It’s a bright pink shade, which I don’t mind at all.
Per Ipsy: This lipgloss is lightweight, creamy texture, and delivers intense glossy color for an extremely long lasting finish.
My opinion: I love that it is  lightweight and has a creamy texture to it, but I don’t like how it smells.  I don’t know how to explain the smell, but the top smells and the gloss smells or maybe it’s the applicator, I don’t know, but I just didn’t like it.
Third is a shadow and base in one by Tini Beauty.
Shadow Tint
I got this shadow tint in shade Violet.  I’m glad I got this shade.
Per Ipsy: This shadow tint glides on creamy color.  It sets to a transfer-resistant finish that doubles as a wear-extending base under powder shadow.
My opinion: I love this shadow tint! It does glide on easily and it does sets to a transfer-resistant finish.  This is my favorite of all from this month’s glam bag.  You can wear this alone and a liner and done.
Fourth item I received is Skyn Iceland.
Skyn Iceland
This is for detoxing and brightening.
Per Ipsy: This is an anti-aging, dullness-diminishing super power.  It has a refreshing, cooling sensation and blended together with the activating gel.  This is also effective for even sensitive types.
My opinion:  Honestly, trying this out once isn’t enough.  I can’t really give you a full honest review on this product, but I will tell you this, It does feel refreshing and has a cooling sensation as soon as you apply the clay and the activating gel.
Now to the last item I received is a nail polish by Zoya.
Zoya Nailpolish
I received this nail polish in shade Dot.
Per Ipsy; It’s full of pure pigment, intense color and modern complexity that are perfect transition into spring.
I’ve received Zoya nail polish in the past from Ipsy and I can’t say anything wrong them.  I love all of them.
