Today, I decided to grab more Wet n Wild lipstick.  This time I only grabbed two, since this are the only ones I wanted to try.  I love the color payout of these lipsticks.  They are pigmented and a bit moisturizing.  It is a matte lipstick, and it didn’t make my lips dry.  I definitely love Bare It All.  I think Stoplight Red was just too bright for my tone, but I still love red.

Definitely buying more colors to try out! Wet n Wild  are definitely stepping it up with their products.  The price is pretty affordable too.

I love me a bargain! who doesn’t, right?

Wet n Wild Silk Lipstick Swatches

DSCN0803Dark Wine

I just want to share this swatches with you.  I know that this lipstick are already affordable.  They cost about $.99 cents, but they were on sale, so I bought five of this lipstick for $.59 cents each.  Now, that’s a bargain Smile.  I only posted four swatches because the first one I took was too light to show on the picture.  It seems like I was only wearing a plain lip gloss.

Out of the five colors I bought, I loved the Dark Wine.

Out of this four swatches I just showed you, which one did you like?

Here's an overview about JuicyCanvas.

JuicyCanvas was founded by a husband and wife, Artur Maklyarevsky and Deb Brugiati.  This is the first art and fashion marketplace that allows you to remix trending art and print it onto beautiful daily-life products.  What kind of products? Any products.  They will print it onto American Apparel t-shirts, baby onesies, tote bags, hoodies, stretched canvases and many  more.

They've launched a fundraising campaign to take their project to the next level and this is to build a mobile app and launch new products they've been testing for months.  They are seeking the backing of art and fashion enthusiasts and they are offering amazing rewards if you support.  Every little bit will help!

My Favorite Holiday Nail Polish

Nailtini is by far my favorite nail polish brands.  I received this nail polish from Ipsy, which only cost me $10 a month.  I only use this nail polish on special occasion, like Holidays.  Since Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year is near, I say it's time to pull out my favorite nail polishes and start prepping my nails.

I think our nails  need some glam up done as well as our look, it's like part of the accessories.

I just do my nails simple, since I don't really go to any special events, but home with family.

What is/are your favorite nail polishes?  Do you glam up your nails everyday or occasionally, as I do?  Let me know on the comments down below.

Thank you,
Connie

Nature's Gate Tea Tree Calming Shampoo and Conditioner

I am not gonna lie, I have flaky scalp and I don't know why.  It started when I moved to Hawaii.  At first, I was using Head and Shoulder Scalp Care or something like that.  It worked for about two weeks and then I had to switch again to a different type of shampoo and conditioner.  I even used Nizoral, but for some reason I end up switching each time.  I did some research and I found this, the Nature's Gate Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner.  At first, I thought this should work since it's made of herbs and natural oils.  I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for about a month and it doesn't seem to work on me at all.  It's almost out, but I'm still using it.  I still use it even if it's working for me because I spent $11.00 each on this products.

Please let me know if you know any other shampoo and conditioner that I should try for my scalp.
Thank you,
Connie

Wet n Wild Coverall Foundation and Pressed Powder

I bought this a while back, but when I was going through my makeup drawer, this came across and so I decided to put them on and try it out.  Here is the result:
What I think of this product?
Not a big fan, but it's not bad either.  I think it gives a decent coverage, but for some reason putting it on made my face somewhat light, even the pressed powder.  Product is pretty matte, but I don't know how long before it showed the oiliness of my skin, I didn't get to wear it all day.  If you have both the foundation and the pressed powder, please comment down below how you feel about this product.

Emcosmetics Review

Emcosmetics Review

What I think of Emcosmetics?

When I first heard about Michelle Phan launching her cosmetic line, I was excited.  I was hesitant on purchasing the product because it was too much for me to spend on, but then they had a deal with a lipstick with a waterliner for only $27 something.  I decided to order the lipstick and waterliner and that was my first Emcosmetics product. I tried the lipstick and the waterliner.  I loved the lipstick, but no so much with the waterliner, I don't know if its because my waterliner is watery or oily.  The waterliner just didn't work for me, but I still want to try the other colors.

What I have here in the picture is the "shade play artistic eye color palette".  This palette is awesome.  The eyeshadow is easy to blend and work with.  It has that powdery feel to it and it seem to stay pretty good on your eyes.  The lipstick is in shade "daredevil".  This lipstick is creamy and rich just like how she describes it on the box. And last, but not the least, the mascara gave my lashes some volume and it does wonder to my eyelashes.  I would recommend this to everyone.

Here is a link to her online store: http://www.emcosmetics.com/

If you have her makeup line, please feel free to let me know what you think of it.

Always,
Connie

October Favorites

Hi my name is Connie and today I will tell you what I've been using for the month of October.

  1. Loreal Paris Youth Code BB Cream - As I mentioned on my previous blog, this is my daily use for when I get out of house.
  2. Look Beauty Brow Perfect - I use the powder in color brown which is closer to my color on my eyebrow.  It sets my eyebrows perfectly.  This was given to  me by a friend from the Philippines.  If you are from the Philippines, please check her out on Facebook.  She also own a few stores in Philippines.  She sells tons of makeup you'll love.  Here is the link where you can go:  https://www.facebook.com/HOT.SHOPbyKatRoxas.  Let her know that I recommended you.
  3. E.l.f. Eyebrow kit - I only use the gel and then I use the other kit to set my eyebrows.
  4. FIT by Maybelline - I love this stick because it applies so smooth and its matte.
  5. Mac concealer prolong wear - I use this where I would highlight: eyes, bridge of nose, chin, etc..
  6. Em cosmetics lipstick in Daredevil - I love this lipstick, its sheer and it last long if I use a lip pencil to line my lips.
  7. They're Real by Benefit - So obsessed with this mascara, I'm sure most of you have tried this.  It volumized my eyelashes and I don't have to wear fake eyelashes.
  8. E.l.f. flat top brush - The application is just flawless.
What's your October favorites?  Feel free to comment down below and let me know what your October favorites.

Always,
Connie

Loreal Paris Youth Code BB Cream

Hi my name is Connie.  I have been loving this BB Cream for some time now.  I use this most of the time whenever I go out of the house.  I don't use my foundation as often as before.  This BB Cream evens out my skin tone and it makes it flawless.  This is a medium coverage, which I love because its not caking up my face.  I recommend this product.  If you have one this please leave me a comment or message and let me know what you think of this product, I would love to hear your opinion.

Always,
Connie
